Having my own business within the transport and logistics industry, which was established in 1982, has provided me with many challenges over the years, however none so annoying as the unfortunate position of being in when you have goods to deliver without your regular employed drivers available, therefore needing to use an agency driver.
Due to the various negative experiences encountered through using most of the agencies, the determination to overcome the situation most logistics companies face has fuelled the initiative to provide a professional, ethical and reliable agency service, using properly trained and vetted drivers, thus the launch of AE Driver Training and Recruitment.
